please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@essenceofyadah.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original 
payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your product is damaged, 
we may issue a replacement or store credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Essence of Yadah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. 
Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
